Located in a lovely and historic neighborhood of Manitou Springs, Rockledge Country Inn is private and secluded, set behind majestic gates of a by-gone era. Awe-inspiring views, inviting terraces, fountains and numerous sitting areas provide places for reflection and rest. This historic landmark Arts and Crafts five-acre estate is considered one of the most distinguished homes of its era in Colorado. It features an elegant 8,000 square foot restored manor house, comfortable three-room cottage, and carriage house accommodations.
Our five air-conditioned suites feature generous amenities, luxury linens, elegant yet comfortable furnishings, complemented by our personal and four-diamond service.
All rooms have a two-night minimum stay requirement in season with the exception of the Carriage House which has a two-night minimum stay year round. Holiday weekends require a two-night minimum stay.
Room rates are for single or double occupancy; an additional person can be accommodated in many of our rooms for an additional $40 charge per person per night. Children age 3 and under are included provided they do not require extra bedding. Children ages 4–12 are welcome at Bed and Breakfast at Historic Onaledge for a rate of $20 per child. The rates are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes (currently 10.8%) but are inclusive of all services and amenities.

Our most elegant suite and richly decorated in shades of red, taupe and navy, this 700 square foot English Country suite is named for the Beaumont, Texas gusher that began the oil industry in the United States.
 With beautiful views of Pikes Peak through its seventeen windows, it features king size featherbed, marble fireplace, entertainment center, sitting area and spa with oversized double marble jacuzzi tub and separate bath with a shower for two.

"The Sunset," faces west with beautiful views of "America's Mountain" - Pike's Peak - and the back terraces and patio through its ten windows. Country French in style, 420 square feet El Ocaso features a king size featherbed, entertainment center and cozy sitting room with fireplace. The bathroom fixtures are hand-painted Italian porcelain and include a bathtub/shower.
There is an additional bedroom adjacent which, when sharing the bath, turns El Ocaso into a two-bedroom suite for four ($110 charge).

This large, comfortable room offers great amenities for the money. The Carriage House features a Queen bed with feather-topped mattress, a 61-inch High Definition large-screen television parked in front of a spatious suede-leather sectional couch with attached recliners, a mini fridge and microwave oven, a jetted tub for three, and a private bath with shower. Rockledge's terraced front gardens and spectacular views of the mountains await immediately outside the private front entrance.

The Library is a cozy room featuring a Queen bed with a feather-topped mattress, a High Definition large screen television, and a collection of classic books for reading enthusiasts.
The private bath features ceramic tile, mirrored walls, a bidet, and elegant hand-painted trompe le' oil artwork on the porcelain fixtures.
The Library is easily accessible from either Bonnie Brae or El Ocaso and could offer additional space for up to two more guests for patrons of those rooms.
