All overnight lodging at Rockledge is in suites with prices ranging from $125 to $325 per night inclusive of a full breakfast and all service and amenities but excluding sales and lodging tax (10.8%).
ROOM RATES Room rates are for single or double occupancy; an additional person can be accommodated in many of our rooms for an additional $40 charge per person per night. Children age 3 and under are included provided they do not require extra bedding. Children ages 4–12 are welcome at Bed and Breakfast at Historic Onaledge for a rate of $20 per child. The rates are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes (currently 10.8%) but are inclusive of all services and amenities.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS Two-night minimum stay required with any Saturday night reservation. Single night walk-ins welcome, subject to room availability.
ADVANCE RESERVATIONS Highly advised. Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total lodging cost or one night's lodging, whichever is greater, and may be secured on the telephone by credit card.
DEPOSITS Due to the inn's limited number of rooms, cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made 14 days (30 days for holidays and special events) in advance of your arrival date or your deposit will not be refunded. If we are able to rebook the reserved room for those dates, the deposit will be returned, less a $25 per night rebooking charge. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date. Holidays, special events, or multiple room bookings require a 21 day cancellation notice.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-in is not before 3 pm and not after 6 p.m. unless advance arrangements have been made with the innkeeper. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Early check in available provided your arrival time has been pre-arranged. Guests with planned or unplanned late arrivals must immediately notify Red Crags Estates to avoid your reservation being labeled a 'No-Show' and consequently opened for walk-in guests.
OTHER INFORMATION Rockledge Country Inn is a non-smoking establishment, both inside and out and we require a signed agreement upon arrival. We are unable to accommodate pets. |
